Aldermaston Craft Group
A new craft group has just been launched at the Aldermaston Parish hall. Why not come along and try out some new crafts and meet new friends. Tea, coffee and cake provided.
Our session in May was Fabric flowers and everyone had great fun making these.
Annual subscription is £10 (to cover the cost of the hall hire) plus £2 attendance fee to cover refreshments and incidentals. Visitors welcome for a fee of £4.

27th June- Crochet led by Tricia Goodchild, Practical, hands on session. Please bring a 4mm Crochet hook and double knitting yarn. Please don’t worry if you do not have these as some of us have spares.
25th July – Crafts demonstrating skills needed to make some of the crafts for the Aldermaston and Wasing show – schedule will be announced shortly
22nd August – Decoupage led by Karen Dignan. Practical, hands on session. An opportunity to try out decoupage with different materials and objects provided. Karen will provide different papers, glues, scissors and brushes as well as things that you can try the decoupage on. You also have the option to bring along something you wanted to decoupage such as a box, a coat hanger or a vase.
12th September 2nd Wednesday) - bring your own crafts to demo and show (we will also try to find someone to come and demo a craft if we can)
24th October – Crafts to commemorate the end of WW1 – more information soon
28th November – Christmas decorations
December – possibly a morning or afternoon workshop making Christmas wreaths.
All meetings start at 7.30pm and are held in the main hall unless advised otherwise
